Last Weekend Fun

This past weekend we had the privaledge of having Rusty’s Grandma Rosalie and Aunt Linda both from Texas come and visit. We went to the Huntington Gardens on Saturday, had them over for dinner that night and had a lovely Sunday brunch at Auntie Marti’s. The weekend went by so fast, but it was great to see them and of course have Maddie enjoy time with more of our family. Rusty took all of the pictures this weekend (except the ones he’s in) and did an awesome job! Enjoy!

All is going good…

“Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

The LORD graciously led me to this verse this morning. What a verse filled with promises and comfort! We are so thankful for the peace and hope that only can be found in God and His Word.

We are through another week of pregnancy. All seems to be going well. We have another appointment next week. It is hard to wait for those appointments. We just are dying to see “Itty Bitty Baby’s” heart beat again. I keep thinking how neat that God sees this little one that HE is creating….and there’s no ultrasound machine needed! Amazing!

Other than pregnancy, we are doing well. Deffinitely enjoying this lovely warm weather…Rusty’s grandma & aunt from Texas are in town this week visiting so we look forward to seeing them and will have pictures to show soon. For now…ENJOY! :) img_9863

“Itty-Bitty Baby” Makes Much Progress

We had a doctors appointment yesterday and by God’s grace, everything is progressing well. We have come to affectionately call this little one, “Itty-Bitty Baby”. We got to see Itty Bitty’s heart beat yesterday! What an amazing thing to see! God’s power is displayed so clearly and we are so thankful to be able to comprehend that He is the giver of life! We have another appointment in 2 weeks to check the progress. Please continue to keep us in your prayers-we appreciate it so much!

Psalm 139:13-14, 16- For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.

Prayer – Part 3

After much discussion, Summer & I have decided that we are going to announce to everyone that we are once again pregnant!  For those of you that didn’t know, this past year we have lost three babies in two mis-carriages, so we are a bit apprehensive to get our hopes up completely.  However, we trust in the sovereignty of God to give us patience as we wait to see whether the Lord has given us a baby on earth or another in heaven.  So we do covet your prayers over the next few weeks.  We are currently at around 5 weeks in the pregnancy & the 6 week mark is where we have lost the babies before.  We went & saw Dr Frields today & he gave us the good news that all appears to be good & that we are right on schedule for this time period.  We will be going back again next week to hopefully see the heartbeat of the baby. (ies?)  Praise the Lord for such a great doctor who fears God & can be such an encouragement to us!
