This was too cute to not share with y’all. Yesterday at my weekly girls group I got this adorable picture of Andrew and Maddie. At first glance I thought Maddie was trying to shove her way onto the chair but my friend Marie saw that Andrew had actually brought Maddie over to sit on his lap! What’s so funny is that Maddie is the same size if not bigger than her buddy! =o)

Today at our park Maddie heard the airplan fly above us-this is her reaction to hearing it…

Here they are as promised! Rusty surprised me for Mother’s Day and got us Disneyland season’s passes. What a great (long-lasting) gift! We went with our friends the Stitzingers as well as Connie (Maddie’s grandma) and our younger friend, David. Enjoy the pics!

Okay…so this pictures doesn’t seem to fit but here’s why…these two VERY ODD looking ladies were sitting outside a Disneyland restaraunt as we passed by. We thought they looked like a set of Marge Simpson twins stuck in the 80′s. They were sooo not the Disneyland atmosphere…but very funny!

Aunite Marti & Madison-Marti had us over for a Mother’s Day lunch after church last Sunday. It was a beautiful day and the food was yummy! Thanks SO much Marti! We love you!

Maddie has not been feeling too well the last few days, so Mommy’s cooking has come about as a last minute “what is in the cupboard” sort of thing.  Last night she made a quite scrumptious angel-hair pasta topped with four-cheese sauce & 10 wonderful meatballs.  That was daddy’s impression of the meal at least.  As I was going to put Maddie down in her chair (keep in mind she is still a bit lethargic as she had a 100+ degree temp), she perked up when she saw the platter of pasta.  She promptly said “POO POO!”, to which we all lost our appetite.  The only reason we post this on our website is that we HAVE to remember the mind of Maddie at 16 months & I am sure that 10 years from now we will look back & laugh.
